6416dio Digital I/O Module

The 6416dio Device Overview provides radio buttons for choosing a clock source. The choices are Network

(internal), Word Clock, and AES3.

The 6416dio has radio buttons for selecting a clock source

If a clock error occurs (for example, if when using Word Clock, the clock source is disconnected) the 6416dio

Clock Source radio buttons will display the error in red. (The network temporarily uses the internal clock

until the external source becomes available.) Changing this setting will not have an effect on network

clocking if this particular 6416dio device is not the Clock Master.
